He holds an LLB and an LLM in Business & Financial Law from the United Kingdom, a foundation that gives him a strong understanding of regulatory concepts, corporate structures and organised business processes. Combining this academic knowledge with a practical, operations-focused mindset, Mir helps organisations develop documentation and compliance frameworks that are clear, efficient and easy to maintain.
Over the years, he observed that many businesses do not struggle because of a lack of capability, but because their internal documents, policies and operational systems are unclear, inconsistent or poorly structured.
